Women’s Circles
The most impressive people Alyson knows are women— and the feminine is having a long overdue moment. These circles are a small representation of what that looks like, and are food for the soul. Usually occurring around the Solstices or Equinoxes of the year, we start with some movement, meditation, or breath. There is often a ritual of some sort to mark the season that is being entered, writing prompts are offered, and every gathering ends with heartfelt conversation. Each event is different, and each event is fun.
Women & Wine
This is a variation on the Women’s Circle that’s less formal in structure and includes snacks and wine/mocktails! These events are pop-up style and happen at different times of the year when we need them, like Galentine’s Day. In addition to a theme, there is often a sunset, great conversation, and lots of laughter. New friendships are almost always made.
